New plugins to improve your Obsidian setup
Welcome to another edition of the Obsidian Community Plugin series. Here we showcase the latest and most useful plugins for the powerful note-taking app, Obsidian.
As Obsidian’s community continues to thrive and expand, new plugins are added every day.
These plugins add new features, streamline workflows, and cater to diverse user needs, making Obsidian even more versatile and user-friendly.
In this article, we’ll highlight some of the most recent and noteworthy additions to the Obsidian ecosystem. Let’s dive in.
Callout menu
This plugin adds a context menu to your callouts in Obsidian. Callouts are used in Obsidian to highlight a particular section or text. If you use a lot of callouts, it will come in handy.
The callout context menu will allow you to change the callout types, add callout metadata, or remove callout metadata directly without rewriting syntax just from the callout context menu.
Note: The callout context menu will only work when you are in the editing mode or live preview mode instead of reading mode.
