As the Obsidian community continues to expand, new plugins are constantly being developed, adding to the tool’s already impressive functionality.
In this article, we will be highlighting some of the latest and most noteworthy plugins added to Obsidian. So, let’s jump right in and explore the new & useful Obsdian plugin.
Daily notes are a big part of Obsidian. I use them for journaling and task management. There are some days when I forget to open daily notes because of different reasons.
All of my daily notes are linked to one another with the help of the template function. Missing a day breaks the link. So, I have to create the notes manually.
With the auto journal plugin, I don’t have to do it manually. It will backfill the daily notes even when they are not opened.

This plugin will enhance your mathematical note-taking experience in Obsidian. It has several powerful features like:
- Equation numbering
- Theorem environments
- Auto-completion for theorem/equation links
- Render equations inside callouts and blockquote
- Showing backlinks to theorem/equations
If you work with mathematics-related work in obsidian, this greatly enhances your workflow.
