How to Create a Life Progress Dashboard in Obsidian

A super simple setup

This is a short tutorial on how you can display a life progress bar in obsidian. This was an idea that I got from the notion Dashboards. It was easy to create that in notion. I wanted to have a similar setup in my obsidian vault.

This is what I’ve finally got. This tutorial will help you create a life progress dashboard in obsidian. This will contain the following info.

• Life progress bar
• Year progress bar
• Month progress bar
• Day Progress bar

Which will look something like this. You can add more styles too.

The plugin you need

We’ll be using the dataview plugin for this purpose. Install it from the community plugins section and you’ll need to enable the options for javascript queries.
