11 Productivity Tools to Use in 2025
Tools to help you manage your life and 10x your productivity
With new apps & tools flooding the market, it's difficult to choose the right ones. I am an app fanatic. I like to test new tools and find new ways to improve and integrate them into my existing workflows.
In this article, I will share 11 apps and tools I use on a regular day-to-day basis that increase my productivity.
Obsidian
Obsidian is one of the most popular note-taking applications in the market right now. I have been using Obsidian for the past three years, and it is the only note-taking application I have stuck to for so long.
Before switching to Obsidian, I juggled between different note-taking apps like Notion, Evernote, Anytype, etc. trying and experimenting with various options. Finally, I started using Obsidian, and have stuck to it ever since.
The best part about Obsidian is that it works on the top of local markdown files. This means even if Obsidian ceases to exist tomorrow, you’ll still have all your data with you.
I use Obsidian to take notes, write, journal, and track my life.
Obsidian also has a very supportive community.
